AUTHOR · LEGAL RESEARCHER · FOUNDER
Examining the distance between the protections written into law and the results delivered in practice.
The existence of a law is not evidence of its effectiveness.
Jessica Ingrid is a French author, legal researcher and Founder and Executive Director of Institutum Lex Feminae, an independent women's rights research institute established in Paris, France.
Working internationally between France and the Republic of Korea, her research examines the relationship between legal protections, institutional enforcement and measurable outcomes. Her work combines comparative legal analysis, quantitative research and public policy evaluation to investigate how legal systems translate formal rights into effective protection.
Her research is guided by a central question: When the law promises protection, how do we establish whether institutions actually deliver it?
The Lex Feminae Corpus
Original research frameworks created by Jessica Ingrid examining legal architecture, institutional effectiveness, prevention and climate-related institutional responses.
